Your operational staff will load all static data used in the business onto the system (e.g. employee and site information). Rosters will be created on a regular basis and manning shortfalls managed using the tools available within TimeGate (e.g. find-a-suitable-employee)

Completed duties are automatically passed for pay-and-bill, unless arbitration checks fail (e.g. employee was late), in which case the duties pass into an arbitration process where your managers review the duty history and take decisions on pay and bill rates/periods. TimeGate provides a wide array of reporting tools to enable you to measure the operational and financial performance of your business.

• Eurotech Control Room: Eurotech operates the 24x7 manned control room with trained operators and a management infrastructure. Eurotech will monitor your duties and escalate missed calls or incidents based upon your instructions.
• TimeGate Software: Our software enables your business to centralise business-critical data, manage key processes and analyse performance. You will be provided with a dedicated database branch and access to the full power of the core TimeGate solution to run your business. The solution is fully hosted and supported 24x7.
• TimeGate VPN Network: We provide all IT architecture to deliver the solution to your business. All you need is a standard PC, Internet connection and a Terminal Services license. To connect to your data and the control room, we manage a virtual private network to ensure the system is secure. We fully manage the IT; e.g. server maintenance, virus protection and disaster recovery.
